Work has commenced on site at Grove Farm, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire
Ashford Homes is pleased to announce that work has commenced on its exciting new development in Royal Wootton Bassett. Grove Farm will provide 10 new homes ranging from three to four bedrooms with either a single or double garage. The new homes feature air source heat pumps with underfloor heating on the ground floors.
Located in north Wiltshire, Royal Wootton Bassett offers a weekly market, monthly farmers market, an abundance of places to eat and drink and a variety of shops. In 2011, Wootton Bassett was granted a royal title by Queen Elizabeth II, thereby holding the unique distinction of being the only England town to be bestowed with this royal favour since 1909.
