Ashford Homes Makes it Three in a Row at the LABC Building Excellence Awards

Ashford Homes is delighted to announce a hat-trick of recognition at this year’s LABC Building Excellence Awards, with wins for two developments and a highly commended for a third.

The Old Glove Factory in Neston, Wiltshire has been named Best Medium Volume New Housing Development at the LABC West of England Awards, marking the third consecutive year that Ashford Homes has taken the title in this category. Andrews’ Yard in Marshfield, Gloucestershire was highly commended in the same category.

At the LABC South West Awards, Church View in Wanstrow, Somerset was named Best Small New Housing Development.

Following this regional success, The Old Glove Factory and Church View now progress to the LABC Grand Finals in London, where Ashford Homes took home the national award in 2024. The team looks forward to representing the West and South West of England once again.
