New Farm, Alderton: Show Home Launch Event, Saturday 17th October

We’re delighted to announce that the show home at New Farm, Alderton is now complete, and we’d love to welcome you inside.

On Saturday 17th October, between 10am and 2pm, we’re opening the doors for our show home launch event. It’s your first chance to step inside one of these beautiful barn conversions and see the New Farm specification brought to life.

Six individually crafted barn conversions

New Farm is an exclusive collection of just six barn conversions in the quintessential Wiltshire village of Alderton, with prices from £575,000. Each home has its own character, layout and setting, ranging from two to four bedrooms, and retains the craftsmanship of its agricultural heritage while being reimagined for modern living.

A specification without compromise

Every home at New Farm comes finished with Masterclass kitchens, Villeroy & Boch bathrooms, Hansgrohe fittings, and a Daikin air source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout, plus EV charging to every parking barn.

A village apart

Set between Chippenham and Malmesbury within the Cotswolds National Landscape, Alderton feels genuinely tucked away, with Cotswold stone lanes, open farmland and a much-loved village duck pond. The Badminton Estate, home to the world-famous Badminton Horse Trials, is just a few miles away, while Chippenham station offers excellent rail links to Bath, Bristol and London Paddington, with the M4 close by at Junction 18.

What to expect on the day

The show home launch is by appointment only, so please book your slot in advance by calling us on 01225 791155 or emailing sales@ashford-homes.co.uk.

During your appointment, our sales team will show you around, talk you through the plots still available, and answer any questions on specification and pricing. If you’re ready to take the next step, we can also guide you through the reservation process.

If you can’t make it on the day, we’d be happy to arrange a private viewing at a time that suits you.

We look forward to welcoming you to New Farm.
