Stuart Morgan appointed as Managing Director of Ashford Homes

Ashford Homes is delighted to announce that Stuart Morgan has been promoted to Managing Director.

Stuart joined Ashford Homes in January 2004, having spent many years in the design and construction sectors and was promoted to Design & Planning Director in 2007. Since then, he has been at the forefront of managing Ashford’s development and design process and integral to the success and development of Ashford Homes.

Rod Timbrell-Whittle, Group Chairman said, “In order to facilitate the planned growth over the next five years, it has been my privilege to ask Stuart to take on the added responsibility as Managing Director of Ashford Homes. With appointments such as this there are a multitude of responsibilities besides the day to day running of the business as well as seeking growth of the business to ensure that its construction quality remains high and that all the parameters of successful development are maintained, notwithstanding the most important factor of our business, the clients who value our new homes.”
