Planning permission approved to restore and convert Courtfield House in Trowbridge, Wiltshire

We are delighted to have received a resolution to grant full planning permission and listed building consent to restore and convert Courtfield House in the centre of Trowbridge.
Tom Griffiths, Development Director said, “Courtfield House is a Grade II* listed building on Historic England’s “at-risk” register, and we are delighted to be able to secure the future of the building and the traditional orchard within its grounds. The scheme will include both refurbishment and newbuild elements and will provide for a total of 20 one-four bedroom properties of a range of types and sizes.
Our thanks go to our experienced consultant team, notably Planningsphere and BBA Architects, amongst many others, for their hard work and dedication over the past four years. We would also like to convey our appreciation to Wiltshire Council’s planning team who have worked with us to refine the proposals on what is a complex and heavily constrained site in the centre of the County Town.”
