Planning permission approved for ten prestigious new homes in Wroughton, Wiltshire

Planning permission has been approved for ten prestigious new homes in Wroughton.

Wroughton is a wonderfully popular village in Wiltshire with excellent commuting links to the M4, and only four miles from Swindon station with a mainline train service to London Paddington making a commute to London possible in circa 60 minutes.

Surrounded by an abundance of countryside, the village benefits from a primary school, secondary school and sixth form college, leisure centre, library, Post Office and a range of supermarkets and pubs.

Stuart Morgan, Managing Director said, “We are delighted to announce the commencement of this select development of 10 homes in Wroughton, where we believe our brand of design, quality and specification will really capture the essence of the local market”.

Work is due to commence on site in September.

Please get in touch if you have land which you are thinking of selling.
