Land acquired with outline planning permission in Bratton, Wiltshire

Ashford Homes is delighted to have completed acquisition of land in Bratton with outline planning permission for up to 35 new homes.
Bratton is a highly desirable and picturesque village in Wiltshire, located a mere 10 miles from the vibrant town of Devizes, and twenty miles from the historic city of Salisbury and the Roman City of Bath. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, this highly sought-after village offers a thriving community with a wealth of clubs, societies, and social groups. At the heart of Bratton residents will find an array of amenities, including The Duke public house, a village store and Post Office, Bratton Community Primary School, a Doctor’s Surgery, and a delightful village green featuring a play park for children, along with three halls (Jubilee Hall, Pavilion and the Church Institute) all regularly used for activities, fundraising events as well as talks and private functions.
A Reserved Matters application is due to be submitted shortly with work scheduled to commence on site later in the year.
Further land acquisition continues with the exchange of contracts on a site in Somerset and signing of two option agreements in west Wiltshire. This provides a solid platform for the business over the next three to five years, and brings confidence for the business to continue its gradual planned growth.
Please get in touch if you have land that you are thinking of selling.
