Land acquired with full planning permission for 10 new homes in Royal Wootton Bassett

Ashford Homes has completed the purchase of land with full planning permission for 10 new homes ranging from three to four bedrooms in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Located in north Wiltshire, the town offers a weekly market, monthly farmers market, an abundance of places to eat and drink and a variety of shops. In 2011, Wootton Bassett was granted a royal title by Queen Elizabeth II, thereby holding the unique distinction of being the only England town to be bestowed with this royal favour since 1909.
Stuart Morgan, Managing Director said, “We are extremely pleased to announce the acquisition of consented land for an exciting development of 10 homes in Royal Wootton Bassett. This adds to our portfolio of current developments in this area alongside Great Somerford and Wroughton, all affording similar high specification, unrivalled quality and eminently a desirable place to be live. Special thanks to Steve Morris of Carter Jonas and both legal teams who worked closely to exchange in under three weeks and complete in a further two”.
Work will commence on site in January, keep an eye on our website for more details.
Please get in touch if you have land which you are thinking of selling.
