Green Roof on at Bailbrook Lane
The green roofs are now on at our exclusive Bailbrook Lane development in Bath!
The green roofs (Sedum roof system) contain 14 different varieties of wildflower and plant, and the colours change seasonally throughout the year.
The wonderful thing about using a Sedum roof system is that they are designed to be low maintenance, lightweight and are drought tolerant. Typically, they have thin layers of substrate (the growing medium) to keep depth and weight to a minimum. Furthermore, the new roofs reduce CO2 pollution, as well as helping the homes blend in with the natural surroundings.
Bailbrook Lane will provide two highly contemporary and individual luxury homes and will be completed early next year.
