Ashford Homes wins Commercial Development award at The Bath Property Awards

Ashford Homes is pleased to announce that we are the winner of the Commercial Development award at the Bath Property Awards!

Held last Friday afternoon, this prestigious awards ceremony celebrated the best of Bath property. We were finalists in three categories: Developer, Commercial Development and Residential Development. To be a finalist was a huge achievement in itself and we are overjoyed to have won the Commercial Development award for Kingston Farm Bradford. The development consisted of the design and construction of three contemporary, state of the art, highly specified offices, one of which is the new headquarters for Ashford Homes.

The judges said, “Providing valuable working environments for employees, Ashford constructed three contemporary office spaces, delivered on time and on budget. And it successfully let the other two.”

Thank you to everyone involved in the development and a special thanks to our Site Manager Oli Turner who worked on both Kingston Farm Bradford and our development at Flatwoods Road that was also a finalist in the Residential Development award.
