Ashford Homes welcomes Scott Franklin as Site Manager for prestigious Courtfield Gardens development

We are delighted to announce that Scott Franklin has joined the Ashford Homes team as Site Manager, working on our Courtfield Gardens development in Trowbridge. This exclusive collection of 20 beautifully crafted homes includes 16 new build properties, and four apartments set in a renovated Grade II listed building.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 14 years in the construction industry, Scott’s journey began as a bricklaying apprentice at Lovell Partnerships. During this time, Scott won countless regional completions in Guild of Bricklayers Awards and Skill Build competitions.

Noticing Scott’s leadership skills, he was encourage to become an Assistant Site Manager early on in his apprenticeship and successfully managed his first site of 14 units by the age of 21. Since then, he has worked for a range of businesses from national house builders to more bespoke developers with sites from seven to 665 units in the role of Site Manager and Project Manager.

Scott’s extensive background and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the Ashford Homes team.
