Ashford Homes secures approval for Reserved Matters application to develop 31 new homes in sought after village

Ashford Homes is thrilled to announce the successful approval of our Reserved Matters application, allowing us to proceed with the construction of 31 new homes in Bratton. The development will feature a diverse range of house types with accommodation ranging from one to four bedrooms.

The scheme is designed to cater to a variety of needs, offering five shared ownership properties, seven homes for affordable rent, and 19 open market plots.

The scheme will also deliver biodiversity net gain by creating ecological buffer zones, wildflower meadows and utilising sustainable drainage techniques. The detailed design process is now firmly underway and we look forward to making a start on site in the spring.”
