Ashford Homes proudly named best Developer at the Bath Property Awards

We are delighted to share that Ashford Homes has been honoured with the coveted best Developer award at this year’s Bath Property Awards. This memorable awards ceremony held last Friday, brought together the finest talents in the Bath property industry.

As finalists in three distinguished categories — Developer, Sustainability, and Residential Development for Red House Farm in Broughton Gifford — the journey itself was a significant achievement. We are overjoyed to have clinched the best Developer award, a testament to our commitment to excellence.

The judges commended our work, describing it as, “Appealing collection of homes regenerating a disused farm site, sensitively built using traditional construction methods and materials, allied to significantly greener standards than required.”

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated Ashford Homes team and all our valued collaborators over the past 12 months, whose unwavering commitment and hard work have made this accolade possible.
