Ashford Homes shortlisted for the Insider South West Residential Property Awards 2024

Having purchased several new build properties since becoming a home owner some 15 years ago we would rate Ashford Homes as “by far our best experience”. There are several reasons for our rating; in terms of purchase process Ashford Homes were accommodating, helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. They were also very efficient in terms of responses and support of solicitor enquiries. Ashford Homes made it possible to go and look around, or check a measurement, we felt like valued buyers and not a number in a purchaser list.

We met with both Stuart and Simon during our purchasing transaction period, extras were well explained and options available discussed using normal terminology, so we really understood what was available. The visit a week before completion to run through snagging and features was a really nice touch.

Moving in day could not have gone smoother from a Developer perspective, the rain was a pain, but aside from that Simon met us at the property and stayed until we were comfortable that everything had been checked and was OK.

The aftercare service has been great, Neil (the Site Manager) has been very accommodating and flexible to work around us for the very few issues we have had, nothing of note, but all fixed/remedied very efficiently and promptly.

The build quality of our house is really great and the spec of the detail impressive, our friends and family have all fallen in love with our new home just as much as we have. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Ashford Homes, the team is small and therefore the service is always consistent, friendly and professional.
