Purchasing and moving to a new house is a traumatic experience even for the strong minded. It was nice to have a welcome face from Ashfords to welcome us and explain the operation of the various systems within the house, the customer service manager Simon did an excellent job. We were delighted with the quality of the house build and the garden and patio area.
Naturally one expects snags to occur and in general these were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. There was one major problem with the driveway that took some time to resolve but eventually a mutually agreed solution was found. Even when the two year warranty period ended, minor snags were dealt with. Relations with Simon, the customer service manager, were extremely good and he always responded positively to any of our queries. We would recommend an Ashford Homes to any prospective buyer.
