As part of the global effort to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and in line with the latest Government directive, Ashford Homes has closed its head office, sales offices and its construction sites until the Government advises otherwise. The health, safety and well-being of everyone we come in contact with is our main priority.
However, we are still very much open for business! Our sales team has several tools to enable our clients to view homes virtually, with video and interactive tours and with e-brochures and literature enabled to be sent via email. We are here to speak with if you have a query or question about any of our homes. We are working hard to ensure all our customers are kept up to date with news of their home purchase and the latest Government directive.
We would like to reassure our clients that we have measures in place in order to provide the best possible levels of customer care for any urgent or emergency issues raised. Unfortunately, non-urgent items cannot be attended to until Government advice allows.
Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that we are in the best possible position when normal service is resumed and thank you for your cooperation and understanding during these difficult times.
